Generator South West
Generator South West is a division of Generator Group, a developer and investor focused
on sourcing, planning and delivering residential and mixed-use development opportunities in
London and Southern England.
With over 200,000 sq ft of development in the South West, including the recent completion of
50 residential Grade II listed water-front apartments in central Bristol, and a recently secured
consent for 135 homes at the former Elizabeth Shaw Chocolate Factory in Greenbank, Generator
South West is looking to invest in further development opportunities in the area. We are seeking
land for strategic promotion through planning and development sites for outright purchase or joint
venture delivery.
The team’s extensive skill set enables Generator to comfortably work on a wide range of
developments from smaller boutique schemes to major landmark urban regeneration projects.
